Our Standard Turnover Clean starts from $150. The final price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the property and its condition, so we quote each property individually.

Our "from" prices are shown excluding GST. Your quote will confirm the full amount. 

Yes. New clients get $10 off their first clean. Mention it when you request your quote. 

Some situations are priced separately, and we'll always tell you before the clean:

✔ Same-day turnover: +$50

✔ Public holidays: +10%

✔ Excessive mess: from $40, for properties left in a much heavier state than usual

✔ Full kitchen and bathroom clean (showers, baths, toilets, vanities)

✔ Mirrors, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping

✔ Beds made with clean linen and towels presented

✔ Rubbish removal and basic restock of your guest supplies

✔ General reset of the property and a final quality check

Premium includes everything in Standard plus the detailed work that builds up over time:

✔ Under beds and furniture, behind sofas, skirting boards

✔ Interior windows and frames, inside the fridge and microwave

✔ Wardrobes and drawers, bathroom grout, cobwebs

✔ Outdoor area and outdoor furniture

Many hosts book a Premium clean every few months and Standard turnovers in between.

✔ Cleaning extras: Deep oven (from $45), external/high windows (from $40), BBQ (from $45)

✔ Guest experience: guest-ready styling (from $35) and a linen service, priced by volume

Yes. We arrive with our own equipment and cleaning products, so you don't need to leave anything for us. 

We service the south area of Central Coast, NSW. If your property is nearby but you're not sure it's covered, send us the address and we'll let you know 

Yes. Turnovers are scheduled around your check-out and check-in times, including weekends and public holidays. Same-day turnovers carry a +$50 surcharge. 

No. Most hosts give us access through a lockbox or smart lock, so you don't need to be there. 

Yes. We clean for individual hosts and for property managers with multiple listings. Contact us with your portfolio and we'll put together a plan that fits.
